As many of you may already be aware, the Luvely crew have been working on various refinements to the club prior to returning to the Liquid Room, and one particular area that we've identified as being just right for a few tweaks is our membership scheme. As a result, please be aware that the following important changes will come into effect at our re-launch;

Firstly (and this is the biggie)- Luvely membership will now ONLY be offered BY INVITATION, i.e. you will need to be invited to join the club by one of the Luvely crew. Now there’s really nothing new about this policy- this is how the membership scheme used to originally operate. The main reason we’ve decided to bring this old policy back is primarily to keep a tight rein on the standard of those joining, and thus help protect the famous atmosphere of Luvely.

So, how do you become a member now? well it’s pretty easy really- just get dressed up according to the theme of the night you attend, we’ll notice, and invite you to become a member- it’s as simple as that. How do you know you’ll be noticed by the crew? Well our advice would be that the more effort you go to- the greater the chance you’ll be asked- simple. Membership is now also completey free, so its well worth making the effort!

Another important change (perhaps more of an improvement really) is that the complete membership database will now be held on a computerised system which will be available at the cash desk at each Luvely event. Every single person who has ever been a member of the club will be on this database- no matter how long ago they joined, everyone is there. This brand new system will provide the following advantages;

• If you’ve forgotten your membership card, don’t worry- we can quickly verify your membership status right there & then, so you can take advantage of your member’s discount.
• If you’ve lost your card- no problem- we can quickly & easily arrange to get you a replacement. Most of our member’s files have photographs too, so this will also save time.
• You can update your membership details instantly- without filling out any forms. (You may also be asked to check your information is up to date upon presenting your card at the club).
  

Now just in case any of you have any concerns over the use of your personal details, and them being held within an electronic database, you can be assured that it is security protected and encrypted, with all information being kept solely for use, as always, by Luvely. At no time will your details ever be passed onto any other party, ever! - It’s our very own promise to all our members (outside of the data protection act of course!)
